Across all our cosmetic products, we fully comply with **Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009** and related acts. Specifically:

-   **CPNP notification** is completed before placing products on the market.
    
-   **GMP (EN ISO 22716)** manufacturing is followed.
    
-   A complete **Product Information File (PIF)**, including the **Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR)**, is maintained at the Responsible Person’s address and available **only** to competent authorities for **10 years** after the last batch.
    
-   **Labelling/INCI & warnings** comply with **Article 19**. **Public information** required under **Article 21** is provided upon request.
    
-   **Claims** comply with **Regulation (EU) No 655/2013** (no medical/therapeutic claims).
    
-   **Fragrances & allergens:** compliance with **Annex III**.
    
-   **CBD where used** (INCI: _Cannabidiol_): compliance with **Annex II/306** (no narcotic substances). CBD content and any **THC** traces are verified by independent laboratory **CoAs** and are **≤ LOQ**.
    
-   **Nanomaterials:** full compliance with **Articles 13 & 19** (where applicable).
    
-   **Cosmetovigilance:** monitoring and reporting of (serious) undesirable effects under **Articles 22–23**.
    
-   **Quality documentation:** stability, microbiological quality, packaging compatibility, PAO/shelf-life — all recorded in the PIF.
